What do conservatives/liberals think of subsidized college loans?

I have to give a presentation on subsidized college loans and this is the only thing missing. i cant find the info anywhere. someone help.

I guess what everyone wants is someone else to pay for all their education, housing, health-care, fuel costs, internet etc. The idea that someone should work and provide for themselves is so old fashioned and stupid, why not get the other people to pay for it.

That is the Liberal view.

I worked for my own college education and for my own health-care and still pay my own mortgage.

Sooner or later the money will run out and all the freeloaders will have to blame somebody for the mess.

Government is not the solution to the problem, government is the problem.

Are student loans granted to grad students who carry credit card debt?

Is there a certain amount of debt that disqualifies one from student loans?
I’ll be a first-year grad student in the fall.

No worries. Because student loans are not dischargeable in bankruptcy and are (most often) guaranteed by Uncle Sam, lenders will loan you money based solely on your university’s assessment of how much you need. They will not consider credit-worthiness or other factors that general lenders base their decisions upon.

I have received students loans even when I was carrying credit card debt approaching the six-figure mark, and again after filing for bankruptcy!

How To Find a Legal Loan Shark

can i find a lender for self employed borrowers like stated loans over 500k?

I am self employed and want to get a mortgage for 612k on new home! i have gotten loans inthe past the lender did them as stated can i still find loans over 500k that will either do stated income like i had done before. my company makes plenty of money is it possible!

yes there are lenders that will do this type of loan still. the guidelies have tightened but they are possible if you have a good strong income! and can show it even if you dont pay yourself a check!

As far as the loans over 400k yes they are ealsily done! there are few places to go with loans over 400k but a few lenders are still doing them.

go to the lenders directly dont pay a middleman for these high amount loans why pay the middleman!
both purchases and refinancing is still avalible its finding someone that still has acess to this type
typically your talking about a jumbo loan with a stated borrower!
They are commonly done here!
